collaborated with IPS’ Senior Leadership Team to address education
technology challenges and propose transformational solutions within
the Google for Education ecosystem.

The challenge

The school’s BYOD approach created several problems. Keeping
student information safe was difficult, and the school’s computer
network was easily attacked by viruses. Additionally, it was hard to
protect students’ data and devices, as they were not compatible with
all of the different operating systems. Finally, it was difficult to ensure
that exams were conducted securely on all devices.

The solution

IPS’s Google Ecosystem transition, led by Chromebooks, has
revolutionized teaching and learning. Affordable, durable, and secure
Chromebooks addressed their BYOD concerns, while Chrome
Upgrade safeguards students online. KIOSK mode empowers
teachers to conduct secure exams. Finally, Google Workspace’s vast
learning apps enhanced curriculum delivery, making lessons engaging
and interactive
